Singtel got this new promo a $100 load for 28 bucks quite cheap huh.. So my wife and I grab one to call our parents in the Philippines. After a couple of minutes air time goes zero soon we found out that the 80% of the load was just for local calls only.. too bad we have to consume it all to reload a new one... Be careful it might happen to you..Price on the card: $28 dollars
Lesson learn : Priceless...
