Christmas

We haven't a chance to go home this Christmas for a lot of reasons. So we spend it here together with our friends we met here in Singapore of course we host the party.

We cooked pasta, buy cake, cocktail drinks and goodies. And Im in charge with the grill. The rain did not cooperate so it make it too difficult for me. Anyway I had it done on time just right time for the party.

We had a little exchange gift, games of course Hermes did great on the charades.




Well for the present i bought this for my wife since his mobile phone already retirede due to old age.

Busy Holidays

Well I was so busy this holiday I almost forgot to update my blog..hehe Anyway what do keep me busy.. is slacking like a couch potato watching Movies and TV Series. Below are some movies i had watch.. for the whole Christmas Season.

Me and I wife hangout with my coffee buddy Jay at Starbucks Grand Cathay to copy Prison Break and some movies.



We spend the night telling stories and burning the hard drive for movies and TV series while drinking coffee. Like the old times.

Today i just installed Bootcamp on my PC this will let you run Windows XP on your Macbook. Good thing my friend Chris lend me Windows XP Pro license copy. Now i can enjoy both Windows and Mac applications.hehe no more conflicts.

We just finished watching LOST after starting it last Saturday my wife and I watched the blockbuster TV Series Lost starting from the First season up to the Second for only 3 days of non-stop watching it on the laptop.

The Second Season was really a Cliffhanger can't wait for the third season based on my research will be showing this February 7, 2007.



Though the 3rd season poster has been launched I haven't seen any teasers yet.
Anyway the series was good and story line was great.

Today is IT show again it happens quarterly for a year. Singaporeans not only go here for cheap gadgets and IT stuff of course the ambiance is good, posters and brochures everywhere and promos. And of course attractive sales team that will made up your mind to reach in your deep pockets.

My Brother is in town

My eldest brother Jonjon just came here for a visit in Singapore while he is still on vacation from UAE.



He tried to find a suitable job here. Eventually the results where negative though he is qualified but the problem is the government here is so strict about giving away the working visas for non-IT professionals..hmmm very discreminating.

At least he can still get back to UAE after Christmas still another hard lessons for him and my family. But that is life still we have to move on. So before he go i just took some pictures of him at the heart of the city. Raffles City.

After my 6 months stay here in Singapore this is my first time to Sentosa of course with my mother and in-laws. We had a great fun an excitement. The ambiance is good though you have to pay for every attraction it still worth going for. Below are some snapshots I on how it look and feels like to be there.

After our duck tour i brought them to the world's largerst fountain of wealth. From there you can make a properous wish.

Many believe that this fountain can make your wish come true by circling around on the fountain's core 3-times, dipping right hand on water while making a silent wish.

It's obvious that we believe it too for have nothing to loose on trying..

After our diner of course the girls do change their outfit. As i took them to Esplande for a heart warming photo shoot. Below are some inspiring photos we had created using my poor "jologs" tripod.
